Mike was definitely grumpy. Marshall wasn't even referring to the 3-year old product that Techcrunch uses. And moments later his blog covered the correct one. I'd love Michael to let us know how things aren't working for him. From poking around the Forums on Techcrunch, it seems to be more of a lack of investment in community management than a software problem but we've never heard from him.
